What Can You Trade
The downside to the Trading System’s trading system is that not all items may be traded away. You can only trade the following items:
- Limited Items
- Limited Unique Products: Items sold by Roblox are limited in quantity and come with a serial number.
- Robux: The currency in Roblox
The Trading System was made for collectors who are interested in collecting all of the unique items that the game has to offer. Items that you’ve earned in certain games cannot be traded, no-cost items obtained through promo codes or items created by others cannot be traded.

How do you begin trading with other players? The big question is: How do you start trading with other players?

Roblox Premium Membership comes in three tiers. Each tier gives you Robux and a monthly stipend.
- $4.99/month with 450 Robux
- $9.99/month with 1,000 Robux
- $19.99 per month, 2,200 Robux
You have the option to modify your account by going to your privacy setting on Roblox. This will allow you to ask for permission to trade with other users. Keep in mind, however, that your privacy settings won’t automatically make you open to trading if you don’t have any tradable goods.
How to create a trade
These steps will help you to become the trade initiator with another player.
1. Go to the Player’s Profile Page
It is possible to search for the item by simply entering their username in the search box on Roblox’s main menu. After you have found the item, scroll down to the bottom to see who is currently selling it. To make sure you don’t get duped, ensure that you verify the RAP Sheet.
You’ll then see their username. These are trade items that you can click to view their inventory.
2. Choose the Items You Would Like to Trade or Trade for
The tradable items page will now open in front of you. You can then choose the way you want to trade. Depending on its value, you can select multiple items or one item for each section.
3. For a sweet deal, add Robux
You can always add Robux to your offer to make it even more appealing. Remember that once an offer has been accepted, there is a $30 transaction fee. Therefore, offering 100 Robux to someone will only result in 70 Robux. It is possible to offer Robux rather than an item to trade.
Review Your Trade
It is important to double-check any offer you make before you submit it. There is no way to go around. Roblox does not offer refunds or undo trades after they are accepted. Don’t trade away anything that you might regret.
5. Click on the Make Offer Button
Once you’re satisfied with your offer, click on the button that will send it. A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your trade, in case you have hit the wrong buttons. All you need to do now is to wait and see if another player accepts your offer.
View Current Or Past Trades
Roblox retains a virtual receipt for all trades you have made. The trades option is located on the right side of the main screen. It is where you normally access your messages and inventory.
You can see all completed, inbound, and outbound trades since you first began playing Roblox. You can also reply to trade requests from other players.
Managing Trades
If a player has sent you a trade request, you must reply by navigating to the inbound trading menu. The following options are available:
- Accept
- Decline
- Counter
You can choose to counter the trade by making edits and returning it to the player for their review.
